Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, orders with suspicious or incomplete information, or orders where a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments

We accept payments through UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes. All online payments are processed through secure third party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed by your bank within 5-7 working days.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, dispatch and delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
